• Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding

• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by update staff movement, advice on cost center charging and ensure staff claims are duly submitted to the Insurance company

Human Resource Executive

We seek a dynamic capable person who can provide essential support across the HR function by handling daily operations, managing HR records, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse data and information required for the planning of each audit assignment based on the approved Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Assist in the design of audit program (including audit procedures and audit tests) of each audit assignment.

• For senior associate, assist Team Leader and/or Internal Audit Director to manage end-to-end audit cycle for the audit engagement assigned.
• Track issues identified by Internal Audit and external auditors, and monitor implementation progress of management action plans. Conduct validation review on management remediation actions to address control deficiencies.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent from a recognised university or relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA). Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA and/or CFE would be an advantage. Candidates with Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building Management university degree or professional qualification will also be considered.
