• Quality control of flowers on the all production and supply chain;
• Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
• Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels and KPIs.
• Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
• Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
• Cool chain management and improvement;
• Testing new varieties, new packaging, new processes;
• Hygiene and safety in all working areas;
• Team supervision and ability to coordinate with Operations team to ensure daily deadlines;

Requirement:

• 3 Years’ experience as a QC in a fresh produce industry preferably the food industry
• University Degree or equivalent.
• IT knowledge Access, Excel and various data base;

Duties and Responsibilities

• Always maintain and inspect all conference rooms and pantries in good and clean condition.
• Ensure all amenities in the conference rooms are well stocked and organized at all times.
• Ensure equipment’s, amenities and conference room facilities with defects are raised as work orders to relevant departments.
• Escorts clients and visitors to the meeting rooms.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Chef De Partie, the incumbent will be working closely with the Executive Chef in contributing towards the delivery of quality food to all guests at a consistent level while demonstrating an understanding of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen to set a good example for all junior chefs in the kitchen. The top priority of the Chef De Partie is to ensure that all good production is achieved on a satisfactory level or beyond the service standards.
