Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to daily operations work
• Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements

Account Executive

Duties

1. To handle full set of accounts for investment holding and multiple subsidiaries’ companies via excel applications and relevant software involving foreign currencies.
2. Prepare/issue Payment Vouchers / online transfers /Cheques
3. Prepare accounting schedules in excel & monitoring of AR/AP accounts
4. Prepare financial statements, reports & documentations and filings according to deadlines
5. Prepare GST reports/filing
6. Monitor / resolve outstanding accounting issues, pre-empting accounting issues
7. Assist in annual audits / handling of transactional queries
8. Prepare annual XBRL ACRA filings
9. Board/Corporate secretarial matters: Monitor resolutions/liaise with overseas Directors’ secretaries on outstanding resolutions/ liaise with Company secretary to ensure completeness of records
10. Assist in Income tax filings/Year end audits
11. Handle office administrative matters

Senior Marketing & Communication Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person.
• Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
• Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
• Handle all activities related to organisation of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
• Maintain website and work with vendor.
• Social media management, review and assist to maximise brand experience and engagement.
• Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration.
• Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos.
• Prepare and update price list.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Job Description

• Responsible for all ensuring internal database is updated as required. Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.
• Maintaining office files and internal database, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the Company’s operations.
• Preparation of basic corporate secretarial documents.
• Assisting the corporate secretarial team.
• Liaise with Clients on general administrative matters.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies.
• Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services.
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education Level: Diploma onwards
• Experience: 1 to 2 years work experience / Training provided.
