The candidate is expected to provide support to Fund Operations Team, that includes client services, and facilitate the projects related to operation efficiency optimization and expansion of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations of the Fund Operations team and assisting in projects led by COO office.

Fund Accounting

• Ensure accounting books and records for assigned funds, financial reports and other reports are well maintained, accurate and complete on a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of reconciling transactions with brokers and custodians
• Monitor day to day management of fund dealing operations and liaising with transfer agencies
• Prepare regular reports and filings to regulatory bodies
• Perform due diligent and/or service review for the counterparts
• Undertake primary responsibility for the provision of fund services to investors
• Ensure internal/external audits are properly and efficiently carried out Custody and Settlement
• Ensure investment deployment or trades are matched and settled effectively
• Monitor daily settlement process to ensure its compliance and timeliness
• Resolve and follow up on failed trades in timely manner
• Assist to monitor the balance account movements and positions
• Capable to handle corporate actions required by the Funds accurately, timely and effectively

Investor Services

• Manage the process of all subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switching

Others

• Provide overall support in both internal and external audit
• Attending client meetings to provide support on legal and compliance matters

Additional Requirements

• Specialise Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Banking & Finance or Accounting
• 4-10 years of experience in regulated financial services company
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Accounting Standards (SFRS) Income Tax Act
• Familiar with MAS AML/KYC policies and procedures
• Familiar with onboarding procedures for Accredited Investors (AI)
• CFA, ACCA or CPA is a plus point
• Good knowledge of offshore vehicles, or overseas fund structure is a plus point
• Ability to communicate in Chinese, Thai, Bahasa or Korean will be a plus point
• Required to travel to support Business Development and Commercial department
• Required to start by April 2025
