Responsibilities：

• In charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle including preparing and posting of job descriptions, interviewing, and handling on / off-boarding
• Process employee data in the HRIS system and monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy

Job Scope:

Human Resource Management:

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

The Human Resources Executive will support strategic, commercial, and operational Human Resources advice to support the business in making effective workforce decisions. Job Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

• Provide professional, business-focused HR services and conduct business partnering duties.
• Advise hiring managers on the principles of fair employment selection practices.
• Build strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication, as well as providing HR support and solutions.
• Take a coaching approach, and provide management information to facilitate effective, consistent, empowering people management - expecting and enabling managers to assume increasing responsibility for all aspects of people management.

• Assist in the usage of compensation strategies and programs to attract, motivate, and retain the workforce.

HR Transformation & Digitalisation

• Support Department Head in the execution of HR Transformation and Digitalisation efforts for business processes as well as HR Processes.
• Assist in the development and adoption of Digital tools that can better deliver the company's strategies.

Employee Engagement and Communications

• Support branding and content efforts (social media and other communication channels) to drive talent acquisition and talent retention and are open to championing events, employee-led activities and HR initiatives that promote growth, personal development, and engagement for employees as well as talents around the region.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company and have active participation on Linked In and other social media platforms.
• Provide advice to line managers to position the company as employer of choice.

• Manage internal communications for staff memos to update employees on the latest changes to HR policies, processes, and regulations.

Employee Development and Training

• Assist and support the facilitation of employee development programs which include skills competency mapping and upskilling programs.

Qualifications and skills set

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience in fast-paced environment

Position Overview

To support HR team with administrative and coordination tasks within the mobility, remuneration and HR

operations functions. This role will be key in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, particularly in areas

related to employee relocation, payroll processing and daily operational support.

Geographical Coverage

Mainly for Singapore office and support for mobility operations globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance on mobility policies, resolve employee queries elated to mobility processes and benefits entitlement, and act as a backup liaison between employees, internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
2. Coordinate international relocation processes, including work pass applications, accommodation arrangements while ensuring compliance with tax and mobility policies.
3. Prepare and maintain reports on mobility cases, key metrics and salary data for assignment calculation while handling income tax reporting and compliance for inbound and outbound employees.
4. Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding and providing administration support for relocation process of inbound and outbound employees.
