Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities and act as the main contact point to internal and external parties for general enquiries and issue resolutions in defined areas of Recruitment, Payroll, Foreign Workers and HR administration.

To interpret day to day business objectives and prepare, design and execute Human Resource operational workflow practices, contribute to the continuous improvement of policies and processes by working and collaborating closely with team members and other departments within the Company along with external parties including vendors, business associates and relevant bodies.

Manage site payroll, employee data, social security, provident funds and all other Human Resource operations, continuous monitoring of the quality of service.

Strengthening the employer-employee relationship through measuring job satisfaction, employee engagement and resolving workplace conflict. Handles industrial relations, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Support the recruitment and selection of all staff resources for the company, job advertisements, sourcing new candidates, arranging and conducting interviews and new employee induction.

Ensure site HR policies, processes, and programs are enforced in a fair and consistent manner. Make recommendations for improvement or adjustments where necessary.

Review and update the Employee Handbook on a periodic basis to ensure that it is updated from time to time and with relevant policies for improvement.

Support Management and contribute to annual manpower budgets, provide monthly statistical reports.

Research and prepared continuous training and development of staff, customized annual training calendar, training program arrangements.

Foreign Worker Management - Liaison with government parties, foreign workers permit applications and renewals, documentation, and hostel management.

Employee welfare – clinical matters, medical insurance, co-ordinate festive celebrations and other Company events.

To enhance a combination of strategic and hands-on tasks, embrace and drive change, built trust and confidence with key employees and managers.

To be responsible for other tasks assigned from time to time by senior management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree / post graduate diploma or professional degree in human resource management or an equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 5 years working experience preferred.

This role  needs to collaborate frequently with Chinese colleagues.

A self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently. Experience using the Microsoft office suite programs is desirable. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams etc)

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

To support the HRA department in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in manpower resourcing, employer branding of choice and ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, deployment and retention.
• Assist with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements and external vendor on supplying workers for part-time basis.
• Update records and maintain proper filing of all employees’ personal files.
• Update staff bio-data in the HRIS and extract information from clock in and clock out devices on staff attendance and overtime matters.
• To handle employee’s inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare CPF Refund & HRA Monthly report.
• To support the HR team in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms.
• WSH - Report of Accident and submission of WICA.
• Perform general administration duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Possess a Diploma Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and practices.

Requirments :

• Diploma in HR/Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ and above of working experience as a HR and Admin
• Good knowledge and keep upto date to HR practices and MOM regulations
• Hands-on, meticulous, high integrity, responsible and good team player
• Willingness to learnt and able to work independently with good multitasking skills
• Able to meet timelines and excellent organizational skills

• Working Hours : Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat 9am-1pm
