1. Candidate is responsible in supporting various HR operations including:
2. Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
3. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
4. Handle payroll runs and other payroll related administration
5. Handle leave and other leave related administration
6. Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
7. Support annual performance appraisal exercise and handle appraisal related queries
8. Other additional/adhoc tasks
9. Responsible for meeting KPIs
10. Address to employees’ issues promptly
11. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
1. At least 3years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment, and HR operations.
2. Diploma/Degree in HR, administration, or related field.
3. Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office including intermediate level for Excel.
4. Good written and communication skills.
5. Able to multitask, handle multiple projects and is Tech Savy.
6. Quick learner and a team player.
7. Meticulous in maintaining accurate data.
8. Able to work independently.
9. Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume.
10. Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup
11. Resources for timely delivery of services.
M-F: 8.30 to 6pm (overtime required during peak period)
