Job Description

Requirements

The Senior HR Operations Specialist will report to the Head of HR and be an integral member of the HR Team to effectively support the manufacturing site in day to day HR operational matters. Your Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing site in adherence to local labor and statutory laws, relevant HR policies and procedures

Your Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 6 years of work experience in day to day HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance and talent management etc.
• Experience working in manufacturing operations environment is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in a results-measured environment delivering effective stakeholder management and outstanding customer service
• Experience working with SAP HCM, payroll or other data management systems is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge and experience in local employment laws and current HR practices/trends
