We are now seeking a highly driven and dynamic individual to join us, reporting directly to the designated Financial Advisor. The role necessitates close alignment with the core advisory and wealth management activities of the Firm and thus offers significant scope for learning and aspiring to front office career opportunities over time.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to designated Financial Advisor (the “FA”) in all matters relating to clients and prospective clients
· Provide support to the FA on business development efforts including but not limited to working with the FA & the ICs to prepare related materials (such as pitch books and preliminary analyses of prospective clients’ portfolios) etc
· Actively share trade recommendations and trade closures with prospective clients on an ongoing basis and supporting the FA in maintaining performance trackers of the recommendations sent
· Assist in maintenance of Products Decks for Funds and Certificates that are advised or managed by the Firm including periodic update of performance statistics and related content
· Provide monthly reporting to prospective clients on performance of trade recommendations and of Funds and Certificates advised or managed by the Firm
· Assist the FA in scheduling and preparing for regular Client Portfolio reviews with the IC team, ensure tracking adoption and efficacy of recommendations discussed
· Maintain and help monitor clients’ profit and loss statements on a regular basis, highlighting any material variances from the account plans
· Assist the FA to prepare communications and/or materials on trade and portfolio recommendations to clients
· Assist the FA on execution of clients’ trades including but not limited to cash/loan rollovers monitoring and execution
· Support the FA in assimilating and reviewing open trades by maintaining and updating trade execution trackers with strict adherence to pre-determined risk management principals communicated by the FA or the IC team
· Support the FA on internal client onboarding processes and bank account opening of new clients whenever required
· Interact with Banks on clients’ account enquiries and any other operational matters
· Assist the FA & ICs in engaging with third party partners such as Fund Managers, Banks and Structurers etc.) in obtaining quotes & ensuring timely execution with competitive pricing
· Be fully conversant with and adept at extracting relevant data and analytics from the Wealth Management System in use by the Firm, enabling preparation and sharing of customized reports with clients as per their individual requirements
· Responsible for ad-hoc tasks and requests from clients as and when required

· Fosters team work and positively contributes towards the dynamics of the team and the quality of its output. Ability to multi-task and engage with multiple stakeholders while ensuring delivery
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in preparing worksheets, presentations and documents
· While prior related experience is not a pre-requisite, the same will be preferred. However, candidates also with experience in alternate industries having the necessary traits and acumen to deliver in the role will also be considered. Fresh graduates with noteworthy academic and extracurricular achievements may also apply
· Prior experience in working on Bloomberg terminals, though not necessary, will be an added advantage.
· CMFAS certifications and Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS), though not a pre-requisite to apply, would be preferred
· Understanding of the industry regulations, best practices and compliance requirements will be an added advantage
