• Supports CPMs with vendor creation, budget and invoice management: checking of good receipt and payments, uploading invoice information in Finance budget tool, assist on planning of commitments monthly and keeping track of actual spending for each study

• Supports maintenance of clinical studies management tracking tools and trackers. Support study team to register study on ct.gov.

• Assists study team with trial management logistical support (sample or ancillary shipments, procurement of study supplies, organizing trainings).

• Assists study team in the quality check of protocols, informed consent forms and advertisement materials to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

• Supports organization of clinical meetings (internal meetings, meetings with CROs, Investigators meetings, etc.) including agenda, minutes, logistics.

• Assists in managing global communications (e.g., Newsletters, emails, website posting). "

• Assists with the preparation, review and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and templates related to project activities.

Requirement:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in health care, life sciences or related field with demonstrable related experience in in Food/Pharma/CRO industry or in an academic setting

• Records management experience in a GCP-regulated environment. Experience in clinical trials in Nutrition is an advantage

• Min 1 to 2 years of clinical trial experience in food / research MNC

The primary responsibility of the Stock Lending team is to offer day to day support for Stock Lending Desk in Asia.

The team acts in partnership with a wide variety of groups across the firm globally with daily interaction with the wider Operations teams, Technology, Legal and Compliance. Stock Lending Operations are heavily involved in new business initiatives and process improvement to streamline our support model.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage the life cycle processes of a stock loan borrow or loan. This encompasses pre-matching, settlement, recalls and collateralization.
• Interact with Traders, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Engineering teams to ensure that commercial opportunities can be facilitated under controlled conditions.
• Focus on client excellence both with internal and external counterparts.
• Compile and analyze metrics to assess process efficiency, to identify and drive improvement.
• Work independently, or with team members and management, on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and/or improve client service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 4 years of prior work experience in a stock loan operations (or at least trade support or equities middle office)
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Assistant/Senior/ Manager/Assistant Director and Executives of the Institute in the day-to-day operations, as well as planning and implementing PGAHI’s initiatives and programmes.

General job duties:

· Provide administrative support in the Institute’s routine operations in areas such as inventory (including stock taking and purchasing), venue bookings, etc.

· Provide administrative and logistic support, eg. major events and initiative.

· Coordinate appropriate record keeping of training information and statistics as well as the maintenance and updating the Institute’s databases

· Undertake greater responsibility of providing key administrative support in the institute’s operations

· Assume key roles in the planning and implementation of events/projects/initiatives

· Plan, organize and implement PGAHI training programmes beyond providing administrative support to PGAHI programmes for Allied Health Professionals in organisation and the broader local healthcare community

· Serve and maintain as the key liaison with local and overseas partners and participants

· Manage budgeting of training programmes with adherence to organisation’s financial processes

· Support the implementation of the Institute's marketing strategies and initiatives

· Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor
