• Responsible for the HR functional areas encompassing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, induction and training, performance management, compensation review, employee engagement and payroll process.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
• Manage all work pass applications while maintaining compliance with MOM laws and regulations
• Ensure alignment of HR policies, tools and processes
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Well knows with Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
• Good knowledge in payroll
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• The position requires facilitating communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, making proficiency in spoken and written Chinese essential.
