Working hour: 5 days work week, 8 working hours shift 10.30am to 7.30pm, 1.30pm to 10.30pm (1h break)
Job Description:
■About the Role:
One of our clients is expanding into Singapore and is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join their team. The roles involve assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and supporting the store's daily operations. Our client is looking for x2 Store Associate/Senior Store Associate to join their team!
■Responsibilities:
•Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
•Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
•Process clothing buy-back transactions and ensure quality control.
•Support store management with inventory control and stock organization.
■Other Note:
Senior Store Associate will also take on additional responsibilities, including training new staff on site and supporting store operations.
Job Requirements:
■Store Associate:
•Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
•Experience in hospitality-related roles or sales activities involving intangible products is also welcomed.
•Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
•Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
•Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
•Passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is a must.
•Chinese-speaking is required to liaise with external parties.
■Senior Store Associate:
•Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
•Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
•Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
•Passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is a must.
•Chinese-speaking is required to liaise with external parties.
