Roles & Responsibilities

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance with the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquers, RI, TOP etc.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
• Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.

Production Day Supervisor | Up to $6k | 5 Days | Jurong Island

• Working hours: 5-days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm
• Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong
• East MRT)
• Salary Range: $4500 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Be competent in actual plant operation, and support and assist the shift supervisors and production technicians in the production of EVOH.
• Monitor and maintain utility supply system operation.
• Arrange disposal of waste products with authorized waste handling companies.
• Control raw materials inventories
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and commissioning of equipment.
• Work with Maintenance Department on Transition and shutdown maintenance planning
• Review and update all standard operating procedures, training manual and conduct classroom and on the job training for process technicians.
• Lead safety activities for PPE, 5S, KY and other safety exercise for technicians.
• Support the orientation, training and supervision and evaluation of newly employed and existing production personnel according to the Total Company Training Plan and production demands.
• Manage the training of production technicians to achieve the standards required of HSEQ policy and its compliance system i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS 651.
• Participate in continual and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years polymer or petrochemical plant experience
• Ability to lead people in a supervision or lead role.
• Exceptional knowledge and application of all safety rules and safety processes required in a chemical plant.
• Experience in the operation of chemical plant equipment (such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, instrumentation systems, extruders, and continuous stirred tank reactors)
• Experience in the operation of utility supply equipment (such as cooling tower, air compressor, chiller unit, RO unit, etc.)
• Experience in waste management systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Admission of new patients to OR
• Ensure nursing care and able to relate with patient and relatives
• Manage patient files and records
• Prepare and perform all surgical procedures in a sterile manner, observing all principles of asepsis and sterility
• Prepare and maintain all surgical instruments in an organized and logical manner
• Conduct a full count of instruments and accessories before the start of an operation, after the closure of any major cavity, and the end of the operation
• Handle all sharps and contaminated waste in a safe and effective manner
• Assist with cleaning and transferring of patient to the recovery area
• Prepare and perform all surgical procedures in an appropriate manner, while observing all principles of asepsis and sterility
• Assist with surgical scrub as required
• Prepare the operating room and all equipment for each operation and ensure the functioning of such equipment
• Dispose of all sharps and contaminated waste in a safe and effective manner
• Assist with the cleaning and transferring of patient to the recovery area
• Register and record all instruments and sets received
• Report any anomalies in sets received (e.g. incomplete, broken instruments)
• At all times, ensure that both operating rooms and equipment are maintained in a permanent state of readiness
• Examining patients' histories for allergies or illnesses that would affect anesthesia
• Evaluating and preparing patients, providing education about surgery and recovery, and discussing the side effects of anesthesia with them
• Determining the amount and type of anesthesia needed for the patient and the best way to administer it.
• Preparing and administering the proper dose of anesthesia.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and their dose of anesthesia during medical procedures.
• Overseeing patients' safety during anesthesia recovery.
• Evaluating patients' progress before, during, and after medical procedures.
• Performing some administrative duties, such as ordering anesthesia, training new staff, and overseeing department finances.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board
• SNB registered Nurse
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare operating theatre settings
• Prior Experience as a scrub nurse would be preferred
