Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines
• Relevant Experience at least 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyse user requirements to design and develop an in-house Accounting & Payroll System using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
2. Manage, backup and periodically purge the system source code and databases.
3. Install and test any software solution before handover to the end users.
4. Provide Training and User Guide to the end users.
5. Manage and administer the full suite of Microsoft Office 365, i.e.. Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
6. Provide end-user training and support for the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
7. Design and manage the company’s website built on WordPress.
8. Design and manage the company’s intranet built on SharePoint site.
9. Liaise with vendors for software licensing matter.
10. Manage and assign software licenses to qualified users upon request.
11. Prepare and document IT internal control reports for the Japan Headquarter.
12. Document asset (laptop) handovers during issuance or return.
13. Propose, research and procure new devices based on user requests.
14. Assist and recommend telecommunication products to end users upon request.
15. Manage and maintain external storage systems, such as NAS.
16. Respond to IT-related surveys from internal and external sources.
17. Provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues hardware and software and render ad-hoc support.

• Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
• Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
