Job Responsibilities:-

• Greeting & assist customers queries in friendly and attentive manner.
• Prepare customer's order according to standardized recipes and customer's preferences.
• Ensure proper brewing techniques and provide quality and consistency for each beverage served.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety Hygiene Protocol.
• Tea inventory management. Reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, and handling stock delivery upon arrival.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all range and multi brand of vehicles
• Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
• Identify, build & expand new client base to achieve sales target
• Attend to sales enquiries, follow up and develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target
• Develop and maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
• Provide through and complete follow up on an end to end basis
• Resolve customer complaints/issues
• Submit report on weekly and monthly sales activities
