Your main mission will be to ensure significant earnings for our pool partners through commercial knowledge and strategy execution. You will be working closely with colleagues across Chartering teams and Operations and collaborate across Commercial departments globally to ensure continuous improvement of services.

Who are we looking for:

Tanker experiences working at a shipping company, ship brokerage, or trading company would be relevant, as would a bachelor’s degree in business or shipping or another relevant education, and two years of experience working in commodities or shipping. Some experience with basic programming or data scraping abilities (Eg API, CSV, Python, SQL) is expected, and you must be proficient in English.

We expect you to have analytical skills to digest a wide range of data and find relevant connections to form a substantiated view. You take responsibility for your own decisions and can take initiative and start projects. You are a team-oriented person and have a good understanding of stakeholder management and can create relations both inside and outside of the company.

You will provide administrative support to the nursing department and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure smooth running of the office. Administrative duties include collation and submission of data to relevant stakeholders, scheduling of meetings and booking of rooms, maintaining databases or records, minutes recording, application of relevant equipment or access for nurses. You will also be involved in the major events and projects as well as provide other administrative support for the department.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma in Business or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good oral and written communication skills
