Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department and manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, union matters, and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with Directors to establish, upgrade, and propose improvements to HR systems and policies, and play a key role in drafting HR policies.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure and improve the integrity of HR system data.
• Act as the main contact for unions, MOM, and other third-party organizations on employee-related matters.
• Liaise and negotiate with insurers, brokers, or agents for the purchase and renewal of general and employee benefits insurance.
• Perform daily HR tasks in accordance with regulations in a timely and accurate manner in the absence of subordinates.
• Prepare manpower budgets and monitor their usage.
• Assist Directors in developing, reviewing, and managing performance appraisals and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Provide management with updated market statistics on the economy, business outlook, and labor market.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Directors.

• At least a Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial role.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and MOM regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.

Our client, a leading industrial engineering manufacturer, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as HR Generalist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the managing of the full spectrum of HR functions including, internship program, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement.
• Support the effective and timely onboarding of new hires and help in the relocation/transfer matters if necessary
• Handle pre-boarding, on-boarding, transfers and exits.
• Responsible for day-to-day HR administration.
• Create, update, and maintain profile in SAP system, SUCCEED & eP-files.
• Manage training programs and ensure that training objectives are met.
• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes, and programs that aligns to company's objectives.
• Implements and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance.
• Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, and other letters.
• Manage the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes and related passes.
• Apply for work passes for work pass holders and dependent passes timely
• Supporting the performance appraisal.
• Assist to provide a timely reply to employees on queries related systems, claims, leave, benefit, etc.
• Manage employees/business learning and development.
• Address all employees’ requests and grievances in timely manner.
• Effectively communicate to employees on the staff movement updates, prepare organizational circulars, organizational charts
• Support corporate HR initiatives and programs
• Any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
