Job Requirements:
• Minimum a Diploma or Professional Certificate in related field
• Minimum of 2 years’of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare clinical audit / quality improvement / data analytics preferred
• Possess a solid understanding of Quality Improvement principles and management theories
• Possess a confident disposition, self-motivated, independent and enjoy working with people
• IT savvy with knowledge of data processing tools and basic statistics such as Tableau, SPSS or programming would be an advantage

As a Business Analyst – Fraud Prevention, you will collaborate with various functions such as Delivery, R&D and Sales & Marketing teams. Your business understanding of fraud prevention will serve to support and advise customers during business requirements and processes through scoping workshops.

You will be responsible for performing requirements analysis so to understand and design the solution on our platform as well as creating and update functional internal and external documentation. Finally, you will ensure to package the improvements of all new projects into our internal documentation as well as analyze of missed fraud reported by customers.
