Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits
• Partner BUs to provide advice in HR related matters such as workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support in compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus exercises.
• Implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan.
• Assist in payroll audits and ensure payroll records are in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• IHRP Certification will be a plus.

Job Description

Our HR & Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, supporting human resources functions, bridging the communication gaps, enhancing employee experience, and facilitating compliance and to achieve the organizational mission, vision and goals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the HR day-to-day functions and foster a positive and productive work environment. You will also be the primary point of contact for office management, employee concerns, operational challenges and initiatives to strengthen the Company’s employer’s branding and future-proof our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Office functions.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Process documentation and perpare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, trainings & evaluations, greievance, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate company and HR events, including townhalls, festive celebrations, engagement activities, training sessions, business trip bookings and surveys.
• Check and process the employees' monthly claims, leaves and payroll by providing relevant data.
• Responsible for Company insurance, license and medical insurance and claims etc.
• Update fair HR policies, ensuring employees understand and adhere to them.
• Liaise with public/labour authorities and agencies regarding surverys, grants and emergencies.
• Handle HR-related feedback, complaints and grievances professionally.
• Perfrom other ad-hoc HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Recruitment

• Support recruitmenr efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to create JDs, posting job ads, conducting screening calls, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding porcess.
• Plan and coordinate internships with the institutions.
• Work with recruiters to source candidates and maintain the candidates' database.

Workplace Management

• Manage all work/office assets and pantry supplies.
• Oversee and ensure the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment.
• Uphold workplace health & safety standards and ensure compliance by all employees.
• Assist with training and certification related to workpleace health and safety as ncessary.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in HR and Office administration or similar role
• Experience in managing the recruitment processes will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Wroks and Excel and HR Cloud-based systems (Info-Tech)
• Good knowledge of local Employment Act and other employment legislation and regulation
• Independent, pro-active and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Work experience in SMEs and / or Fintech industry will be an added advantage

The Global Payments Solutions Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Center of Excellence (GPS NFRR COE) centrally manage the ownership of GPS NFRRs. As a GPS NFRR COE Report Owner at Bank of America, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and developing and maintaining procedures and processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of regulatory reports in conformance with regulatory instructions. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the financial industry and a commitment to producing high-quality work. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, cash management or trade finance. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Primary Roles & Reponsibilities

• Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely submission of NFRRs in conformance with regulatory instructions.
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all regulatory reporting activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner closely with risk function colleagues to identify, understand, and implement new regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with governance team on governance procedures, error escalation and issue management process.
• Troubleshoot and drive the resolution of issues related to regulatory reporting.
• Participate in audit/regulatory exams/compliance assessments/key governance forums.

Required Skills: “Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified.

• Candidate will be a self-motivated, keen attention to detail, and a high energy level individual.
• University degree with 5-7 years working experience in banking or finance industry.
• Proficiency in English and at least 2 foreign languages in Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai. This role will work with both internal and external stakeholders across APAC and a combination of 2 foreign languages specified is crucial for success in this role. The main responsibility for this role is regulatory reporting. The candidate will need written and spoken fluency in a combination of these languages to produce accurate reports.
• Basic knowledge in Transaction Banking products offered by global financial insitution.
• Excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, time mangement and stakeholder management.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in Transaction Banking will be a plus.
• Basic knowledge in Tax regulations/reporting will be a plus.
