· Assist to manage and coordinate compliance and regulatory requirements involving auditors, corporate secretary, tax advisors and legal counsels.

· Assist in customer due diligence matters.

· Handle for company fund activity not limited to Investment, Treasury Management, Portfolio Management, Risk management etc

· In charge bank loan management

· Monitoring of cash flow inflows and outflows to minimise cost

· Provide support for ongoing investor-relations activities

· Company Ad Hoc duties

Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting or related field.

· Entry level or at least 1 years of relevant experience working in fund accounting or corporate accounting.

· Deadline-oriented with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently, with minimal supervision.

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel skills, is a must.

· Advantage on Korean Speaker

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various aspects of auditing functions (statutory and special audit) including audit planning, system review, audit fieldwork, preparing statutory group consolidated accounts and cash flow statements
• Compilation of accounts for ACRA filing purposes
• Assist with the administration of the Audit Department
• Willingness to learn, good teamwork skills, and initiative

Requirements

• A diploma/degree in Accountancy is NOT essential
• At least 2 years of audit experience IS essential
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and UBS (preferable)
• Able to work independently with high attention to detail
• Able to communicate professionally in English and Chinese/Mandarin language (need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
