Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Generate new business opportunities and new senior executive level contacts
- Develop long-term and trusted relationships with clients/candidates by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and resourcing requirements
- Building your ongoing market knowledge, network and expertise
- Manage senior executive candidates’ expectations including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and talent management
- Contribute to develop synergies with other Lincoln offices in Asia & Europe
