General Administration Work

• Office Management: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure clear and efficient communication.
• Support: Providing general support to other departments or staff as needed.

• Ensure and maintain good brand and communication consistency for all company materials and collaterals

• Provide general administrative support as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 years experience and above is preferred
• Good to have experience in construction industry or similar industry.
• Possess a keen interest in human resources
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Organize training programs, including hygiene courses and pre-employment medical checks.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns effectively.
• Coordinate team bonding activities and town hall meetings.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and employment regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and work pass requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
