Position Overview:

You would work closely with the Operations Team and act as the point of contact to process transactions across asset classes, perform custodial and securities services operations, in both traditional and digital formats. • Submission of client’s income tax returns (ECI, Tax Computation, Form C/CS and other documents) to IRAS
• Liaise with IRAS on client’s behalf for tax queries
• Keep abreast of current developments in matters relating to tax

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience with power, energy, utilities and infrastructure projects.
• A working knowledge of general construction and operation contractual arrangements and internationally-used standard forms would be ideal.
• Additional experience with other project documentation, such as power purchase agreements, offtake contracts, feedstock and fuel supply contracts, concession contracts, interface agreements and ancillary security documents would be beneficial.
