Our client, a prominent leader in the commodities industry, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage international mobility processes and provide exceptional HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance on mobility policies and addressing queries related to benefits, relocation, and other mobility matters.
• Coordinate international relocation logistics, including work pass applications, housing arrangements, and adherence to tax and mobility policies.
• Maintain accurate records of mobility cases, salary data, and key metrics, supporting assignment calculations and ensuring compliance with income tax reporting requirements for international employees.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, while providing administrative support for relocation processes.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing, including tax provisions, bonuses, and entries, while adhering to compliance standards.
• Administer employee benefits, wellness programs, and regulatory reporting, including government-related surveys.
• Partner with mobility and remuneration teams to drive HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR administration or coordination experience, ideally within a multinational organization.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with solid analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits and familiarity with international mobility or relocation processes is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges

• Communication: Providing timely updates and instructions to staff regarding their shifts.

Operational Matters

• Process Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning operations.
• Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing goods and services
• Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels / Conducting audits and addressing shortages promptly

Funding and Administration

• Funding Management: Researching funding opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Claim and Documentation: filing for claims, preparing and maintaining reports or records required for funding purposes.

Training Matters

• Training Coordination: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and ensuring employees receive the necessary skills development.
• Compliance: Ensuring all training meets organizational standards and regulations.
