• Salary range: $2000 - $2800
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm
• Working Location: Mandai Estate - Kranji / Yew Tee

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the office's filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including answering calls, and managing email correspondence.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Prepare invoices, Sales Order & Purchase Order
• Data entry and verify delivery related documents
• Follow up with outstanding payment
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
• Provide support for HR matters and other Administrative Works Task

Requirement:

• Willing to work at Mandai Estate area
