Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

4. Documentation and Processing:

- Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for various financial transactions.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations in all customer interactions.

- Process the forwarding of account openings, loan applications, and other financial transactions efficiently.

5. Compliance:

- Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant banking/ financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.

6. Problem Resolution:

- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to achieve overall goals.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

8. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.

9. Training and Development:

Qualifications:

- Local diploma or A Levels; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Expectations of an Associate Creative Director

• Help lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation

The Care Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the clinical team in the assessment, case work, programmes and supporting the clients and their families to resolve personal, social, emotional, and financial issues.

He/ She will provide service coordination management, administrative support, and operations improvement. Care Coordinator will need to work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments to ensure a seamless client experience for our service users.

Job Responsibilities

• Support clinical team in advising clients on financial scheme applications
• Ensure timely update of renewal of means testing and financial assistance
• Support the clinical team in administrative processes in the delivery of services to clients and caregivers
• Manage onboarding process for new clients, assist in initial assessment appointment scheduling/ rescheduling, subsidies application, and address client inquiries for rehabilitation
• Assist in initial assessment of client/caregiver needs with basic case management under the direction of a case manager/ social worker
• Ensure client and caregiver’s ability to cope by helping to streamline and coordinate the range of community services available
• Assist client/caregiver with appropriate information and referral assistance
• Conduct joint home visits with a case manager/ social worker or the multidisciplinary team where necessary
• Participate in case discussion with the clinical team
• Consolidate, prepare, track relevant monthly reports and statistics

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or related discipline
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, gentle disposition with empathy and strong listening skills
• Able to converse in English and at least one other local language is preferred
