Job Descriptions:

· Develop, coordinate and administer all recruitment process

· Conduct initial screening and interview of potential candidates

· Administer employees’ confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation

· Arrange and liaise with external vendor for the course for employees

· Process work passes application, renewal, cancellation and medical check-up and travel arrangement for foreign employees

· Liaise with schools and respective government bodies for internship and career programmes

· Manage offboarding related activities including exit interview

· Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance issues

· Adhoc initiatives and assignments as and when assign by the management

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Requirements:

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Workday, or Lever.

Working with the Manager, Human Resources and Administration, the HRBP plays the critical role of handling full spectrum of human resource functions that includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, payroll and compensation management, employee relation and other relevant people operation matters. Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition

Main Objective:
