Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm & Sat, 8am to 3pm
Salary: Basic $2800 to $4800, depending on experience

Job scope:
- Develop HVAC systems that meet the specific requirements of the building or facility (heating, cooling, ventilation).

- Diagnose and fix problems with HVAC systems, such as issues with temperature regulation, airflow, or refrigerant leaks

- Conduct performance tests to ensure HVAC systems are operating according to specifications

Requirements:
- Min. NITEC / Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline
- Able to use AutoCAD to create 2D drawings
- Class 3 license would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director (PD) in project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor the project team by setting guidelines, providing advice, and supervising as needed.
• Oversee all project management activities from planning and coordination to completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Job Descriptions:

· Develop, coordinate and administer all recruitment process

· Conduct initial screening and interview of potential candidates

· Review and evaluate applications for employment

· Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing for talent in the related fields

· Develop strong relationship and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements to fulfill the business needs as to maximize the effectiveness of recruitment process

· Assist in reviewing job description before advertising and using professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

· Responsible for gathering necessary paperwork with the new hires before their start date and conduct reference checks when required

· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and briefing to shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions

· Conduct the full on-boarding process of new hires (e.g. employment contract, register of medical insurance, issuance of uniform and etc)

· Organize and update employee files at the same time maintained security and confidentiality of employee’s information

· Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files

· Monitor uniform inventory and handle issuance of company assets

· Responsible for letters preparation (e.g. transfer letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation and etc)

· Administer employees’ confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation

· Arrange and liaise with external vendor for the course for employees

· Process work passes application, renewal, cancellation and medical check-up and travel arrangement for foreign employees

· Liaise with schools and respective government bodies for internship and career programmes

· Manage offboarding related activities including exit interview

· Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance issues

· Adhoc initiatives and assignments as and when assign by the management

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent

· Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team

· Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment

· Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity regarding employee information

· Good knowledge on employment legislations

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications

· Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willing to learn

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with industries requiring Mandarin-speaking professionals, such as technology, finance, or trade, is a plus.

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Workday, or Lever.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• CRM tools and online sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.

• Familiarity with business-level Mandarin for communication with stakeholders in China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong is an advantage.

• Prior experience in hiring candidates in China & Hongkong region is mandatory.

• Experience in hiring for other ASEAN regions is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working with the Manager, Human Resources and Administration, the HRBP plays the critical role of handling full spectrum of human resource functions that includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, payroll and compensation management, employee relation and other relevant people operation matters. He/she is responsible in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions, and an effective HR business partner to the business leaders.

Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition

• Work with Business Unit head to develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Guide business leaders in the selection of recruiting candidates.
• Take charge of the recruitment cycle process, in line with company policies and relevant legislation.

Performance Management, Learning and Development

• Develop and assist in meeting the employees’ performance indicators and performance goals of employees.
• Implement 360-degree performance review processes.
• Ensure training and development activities are effectively executed.
• Drive the learning culture of the company to ensure the learning and development activities are aligned to the corporate and business strategy.
• Oversee orientation and induction programs for all employees.

Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Management

Employee Relation Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline.

Work Experience Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of hands-on HR Operations or HR Business Partnering experience.
