• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle end-to-end work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
• Handle recruitment
• Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and related correspondence.
• Manage employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support performance review cycles, training coordination, and HR projects.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR administration, including work pass applications.
• Strong understanding of MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
