The Worldtrade Management Services (WMS) team in PwC advises a broad range of clients on customs and international trade regulatory issues. We are currently looking specifically for someone to join us at Senior Associate level to support growth in our trade and customs consulting team. Specific technical requirements for this position are as follows:

• At least three years of working experience in the customs and trade consulting industry; or
• At least five year experience supporting companies in a customs and trade role in industry

Location: Jurong East

Working days/hours:

Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)

10am – 7.30pm & 7am - 4.30pm (cannot choose)

Total working hours: 42 hours/week

Job description:

- Provide excellent customer service to the patients

- Serving of food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals

- Checking food served against patient meal orders

- Assist in inventory management

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations

- Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs

- Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

- Min GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline

- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !

- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills

• You will need to work closely with UAT test lead to understand testing requirements of system enhancements or projects for Retail / Cards related system
• Work closely with UAT test lead to prepare test data needed for the end-to-end test cases
• Participate and conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Perform manual testing for functional testing and regression testing
• Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution
• Provide regular test progress to team lead
• You will also need to assist in admin work like data update and other adhoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
