• GCE ‘O level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in IT troubleshooting
• Willing to learn and meet deadline
• Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and complete paperwork accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

• Maintaining existing accounts and establish new customers and markets

Requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC in Chemical, Applied & Life Sciences & related engineering discipline
• With or without sales working experience
• PC skill, self-motivated & result-oriented
• Possess class 3 driving license

Job Description:

• Assist with archival and shredding of documents
• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Sending reference checks & educational verifications
• Getting ready induction kits and document for new staff reporting for work (such as issuing temporary staff card, printing name tags, etc)
• Assist the execs with administrative work to offboard staff who have resigned or whose contract is ending
• File documents to hard copy pfiles
• Other HR duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min O level and above
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
