The Role:

This unique opportunity within the Experience Strategy Team allows you to significantly impact the Bank's customer experience by driving Customer Obsession across six key markets (Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, and Taiwan). You'll design, deliver, and continuously improve qualitative research training programs that empower staff to understand customer needs and drive impactful

change.

Your Impact:

• Empower Bank Staff: Design and deliver engaging qualitative research training across six markets, managing the entire process from onboarding (teams in the program, includes briefing and scope of the teams’ reseach objective) to post-training support, including managing external trainers.
• Drive Research Excellence: Introduce and implement new qualitative research approaches, providing training where needed and ensuring best practices are adopted. This includes effective stakeholder management and project delivery.
• Showcase Success: Support the organization of events and communication strategies to highlight valuable customer insights across the bank.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Provide support for program data tracking and Reporting

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in qualitative or UX research, demonstrating a proven ability to uncover customers' underlying motivations and needs.
• Proven experience in training and facilitating workshopsfor diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners and manage stakeholders.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, proactive, innovative mindset; comfortable adapting to fluid situations and embracing challenges.

Job Descriptions

• Perform daily operations of the laboratory.
• Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way.
• Perform Point of Care Testing (e.g. Prothrombin Time, glucose) and clinical laboratory tests such as urinalysis (e.g. Urine FEME, dipstick, pregnancy), haematology(e.g. full blood count, peripheral blood film, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, prothrombin time), biochemistry (e.g. HbA1c, neonate bilirubin), microscopy examination (e.g. fungal smear, high vaginal swab) independently.
• Ensure specimen identification, processing and storage of test specimens are in consistent with good laboratory practices.
• Perform and verify quality control for all analysers prior to patients sampling.
• Use of Laboratory Information System (LIS) to perform functions such as result entry, result validation and tracking for outstanding tests.
• Ensure all test results provided for clinicians are accurate and reliable.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science or other relevant fields.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in laboratory environment /or relevant experience in phlebotomy preferred
