Regulatory Compliance

The Role

Proofpoint is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Business Partner to join our People Services team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing operational and administrative support to senior and executive HRBPs, ensuring the smooth execution of HR initiatives. Your day-to-day

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the designated location/site.
• Handle tier 2 and tier 3 HR inquiries and escalations, including employee relations issues, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Provide guidance and resolution on complex HR matters, collaborating with HR specialists and leadership as needed.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Provide administrative support for HR programmes, including tracking attendance, arranging refreshments, and coordinating transport.
• Handle industry attachment (IA) training requests and perform data entry for tracking IAs.
• Conduct data entry for tracking Joint-Poly and HR-coordinated training programmes.
• Generate formal education letters in Workday.
• Update formal education records in Workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR operations.
