• 6+ years' experience working in eCommerce or Storefronts roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Experience working with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Moqups, Optimizely

Job Descriptions:

• Strategically assist manager to take care of the overall Sales Go-To-Market readiness (external & internal stakeholders) and identify decision making to ensure the department maximise its short, medium and long term profitability via sales and market insight.
• Strategically analyse and planning for go-to-market initiatives to support sales channel in achieving overall performance management (gross acquisition, revenue, and annual operation plan).
• Driving marketing initiatives to support sales channel in pre-sales and post-sales in acquisition, retention, dealer training and other sales operation matters.
• To ensure product and solution launch readiness in terms of process, sales and marketing materials and training related materials meets sales channel requirements prior to launch goals.
• Provide go-to-market strategies in developing sales and marketing campaign that drive sales channel in achieving campaign.
• Organize and compile market information through market feedback (sales channel, customer and competitor) and develop postmortem reports that will help with development of suitable solution for the telco market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in sales and marketing least 2 year of related post experience
• Wide and deep set of skills and expertise from product management to functional marketing including campaign planning and execution.

• Experience in telco industry is more advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required in order to build and maintain good relationship with Mandarin speaking counterparts

Requirements:

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that will bolster brand visibility, promote product awareness, and ultimately drive sales growth for our beauty distribution channels. • Marketing Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.

Responsibilities:

· To maintain all equipment via 3d party vendor across the brands on a timely manner and as per needed in operations

· To go around to stores as per operation need to check machines

· Assist the store in charge should there be a mechanical crises or sudden break down or equipments

· To manager operations and drive sales at all the cafes and kiosks shops on a need basis with prior arrangement

· To manage operational costs including manpower, equipment maintenance etc

· To manager the stock for the machines and parts for the various outlets

· To be the Project Manager on all renovation projects, ensuring the projets are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner

· Work with the Designers and contractors on the development of the floor plan, shop design and the build of the store

· Liaise with Operation team and Brand team to ensure the store layout fully utilize the floor space and is as per operation needs

· To maintain close, professional and effective links with all external contractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver to mutually accepted agreements and highest quality level any other duties assigned by the management
