Purpose

The IPS Manager (Development) will help manage the Development team, whose primary responsibility is to build strong bonds and networks with existing and prospective donors with a view to raising funds for the Institute and its projects. Responsibilities

• Manage day to day restaurant operations, and ensure a positive outlet image

As a Senior Account Manager, you ensure all aspects of a project or program are successfully delivered to the client. You have experience successfully leading medium to large sized projects and assisting in the development and delivery of larger, more complex projects.

What you’ll be doing

Great work and client service

• Owns projects and work streams, oversees profitability, and provides ongoing status updates to Account Director and/or client lead

• Ensure clear and timely communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status/action items, including project change notifications
• Build relationships with mid-level clients
