Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and implement the maintenance operations effectively to ensure PM schedules and CM are carried out within the maintenance budget and Service Level Agreement

Reporting to the National Ground Operations Manager, incumbent will Identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs, in the area of Global Standard Operating Procedure (GSOP). These areas will include GSOP operations audits, toolkits, sharing best demonstrated practice, monitoring global service quality, operational process efficiency and operational cost improvement.
