Senior Account Executive / Account Manager
The Account Manager is experienced in integrated communications, digital and social. He/She will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources and leading agency to meet clientsā marketing and advertising needs. He/She is responsibility for agency outputs, provides perspective and leadership in the developing the highest quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaign Management
Ā· Develops clearly focused creative strategies and creative briefs
Ā· Delivers value adding performance throughout the project
Ā· Collaborative teamwork between Creative, Media and Planning
Ā· Prepares and participates in client presentations
Ā· Provides input for creative strategies/briefs
Ā· Organizes day-to-day smooth operation of project
Ā· Ensures and facilitates effective communication flow throughout project
Ā· Manages production quality, timeline and budget expenses
Client Partnerships and Collaborations
Ā· Liaises and maintains regular contact between client
Ā· Understands clientsā products, services and advertising requirements
Ā· Discuss campaign details with clients and Agency members
Ā· Demonstrates ability to interact with clients
Ā· Organizes and participates in client presentations
Ā· Organically grow the business
Responsibilities:
Ā· Minimum 3 to 6 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry
Ā· Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, organizer, team player
Ā· Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelorās degree (or higher)
Ā· Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and marketing communication
Ā· Knowledge in web analytics, data driven marketing and content marketing will be a plus
Ā· Excellent listening comprehension and strong presentation skills a must
Ā· Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language.
