Requirements

HR duties

· Assist in the recruiting process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews.

· Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.

· Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.

· Manage WP, SP, EP matters - application, renewal, cancellation, monitoring quota details, expiry dates.

· Process payrolls include CPF submission, reporting employee earnings (AIS) in accurate and timely manner.

· Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.

· Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.

2. Administrative duties

· Manage the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

· Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies eg. Stationery

· Liaise with partners, vendors and suppliers through emails and phone calls.

· Handle the incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

· Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims.

The Business Solution Manager will be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) responsible for initiating, managing, and reporting on Cluster Office related projects and programs in Singapore and European market.

The candidate has to be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in projects & programs management and have good interpersonal skills to work with the various business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office for related software Development Project In various technologies.
• Analyze with project managers on project timeline plan and ensure timely execution of key deliverables such as project approval preparations, costings and resource planning.
• Report and analyze delivery balance scorecard KPIs, including budget utilization and highlight any areas of concerns and work with stakeholders for resolutions.
• Lead and monitor closely all functional groups (IT), Operations and partners (if any) to ensure facility/ manpower/ system readiness. Initiate & implement process improvements opportunities to and performance dashboard for all stakeholders.
• Closely organize, monitor and implement projects with teams to ensure speedy operational stabilization, risk mitigations, signoffs and ensure closure.
• Manage and operationalize demand management process and guidelines with rigor in governance & compliance for yearly workplan. Organize, and support key users’ trainings, workshops, roadshows and events for materials / documentations.
• Support program/project IT audits with stakeholders and related secretariat duties.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree holder with 7-10 years of total working experience including experience working in Europe or knowledge of European markets/regions. Ability to communicate in English and French / German / Spanish fluently to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Possess knowledge of process flow design and analysis, documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents.
• Programme management experience is a must, preferably in managing programs in a large-sized organization operating in a highly complex environment.
• Ability to think strategically; understand, interpret and apply policies as it applies to IT enablement; apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on programme activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.
• Effective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observations.
