The Manager, Technical Solutions – Asia will directly manage the regional Solutions Architects across Asia, excluding SAARC region.

In addition, the duties of Manager, Technical Solutions – Asia will be required for Asia region on top of the management responsibilities. This is a pivotal role within the Asia Sales team and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the regional Solutions Architect team, ensuring the team is well trained and capable of supporting Regional Sales Managers across the entire portfolio of Ross solutions.

The Manager, Technical Solutions – Asia is expected to contribute technical and commercial advice across the wider sales team to help best position the team to win business. Responsibilities:

• Proactively evaluate the Solution Architect team’s capabilities and as needed and appropriate and drive improvement in quality and performance of the team, developing systems and processes where necessary.
