Job Description

The Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the NUS Business School’s strategic fundraising efforts. This position will involve reaching out and managing relationships with donors and prospects, particularly corporate partners and alumni. It will also involve coordinating fundraising activities and identifying new opportunities for engagement and support. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for advancing educational excellence.

1. Fundraising

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising initiatives to support the School’s priorities
• Manage and coordinate corporate and other giving campaigns
• Collaborate with team to identify and pursue new gift and funding opportunities
• Facilitate all phases of the gift cycles, including initiating contact, face-to-face visits, cultivating relationships, moving potential donors to solicitation and closure, and stewarding donors

2. Donor Relations and Stewardship

• Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, donors and corporate partners

3. Prospect Research and Management

Qualifications

• A degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Fundraising or similar capacity is advantageous

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Digitalization and Systems (Manager/Senior Manager) for one of our global shipping clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital technologies and systems on our client fleet of vessels. This role will focus on driving the digital transformation of fleet systems, leveraging telematics, fleet management software, IoT solutions, and data analytics to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
