Student Affairs

• Managing the student registration and related processes to ensure students are fully enrolled.
• Updating student records of attendance and achievement into student management system, producing and disseminating academic progress reports and transcripts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Providing support to students enrolled in Academy programmes.

Finance

• Collecting fees and issuing receipts.
• Making bank deposits, keeping a proper record which has to be submitted to the Finance Department via the line manager.
• Ensuring accurate and timely collection statement submission to Finance Department.
• Submitting the application of training grants for various programmes in Academy, for example, the Parent Training Grant, SkillsFuture and Professional Capability Grant.

Reporting

• Assisting in the compilation or update of information for monthly and management reports pertaining to student enrolment in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assisting in the compilation or update of information as required by the Committee for Private Education (CPE).

Others

• Providing support Academy events such as Student Graduation.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Head and Deputy Director of Academy.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 1 year of admin experiences preferred.

To encourage broad participation across the banking industry, the firm will be actively engaging leading banks to join the platform to establish the scale required to benefit the industry. It is now looking to hire a Head of Business Development to spearhead this function.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work in a BD function covering a specific region alongside with your other BD colleagues. Your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead all business development and client engagement activities globally
• Ensure business growth to meet the firm’s 3 years and 5 years business objectives
• Responsible for global network and client strategy.
• Collaborate with internal product, architect and engineering teams to provide industry and client requirements
• Responsible for global sales strategies, building pipeline, sales forecasting and revenue
• Represent the firm to speak at industry events
• Support the firm’s thought leadership, the development of white papers, content, value proposition
• Manage and lead high performing business development team

Key Professional Requirements

• Above 10 years of successful business development experience and at least 5 years in engaging with wholesale banks or licensed financial institutions. Has relevant experience networking with banks as clients.
• Added experience gained with blockchain or payment services is a huge plus.
• Prior experience working with a start up role/co is also preferred but not a must
• Demonstrable success in developing client relationship in the wholesale banking sector at the “C suite’ level and across the organization.
• Successfully met financial targets and KPI’s in current and previous roles.
• Experience in solution selling across Wholesale banks will be a differentiator.
• Exposure in either transaction banking, payments and/or blockchain, will be preferred but not a must
• An effective communicator at senior executive levels across front, middle and back offices, as well as technology.
• Experience in contributing to thought strategy and thought leadership.

Job Scope:

• To plan, coordinate, schedule and monitor project site activities.
