~ Recruitment process - screening candidates' resume, arrange hiring manager for the interview schedule and reference checks

~ Maintain & update staff particulars into both payroll system & employees' P files

~ Conduct new hire on-board orientation

~ Manage on staff monthly attendance and overtime verification

~ Administer on E-Leave setting and resolving on staff's queries pertaining to online leave application

~ Manage staff & Company insurance coverage such as WICA, H&S and vehicle

~ Handles all admin functions in the company
