RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. Assist in developing KPI, scorecards, workflow charts, and process maps for the operations team with regard to vessel's operational performance.

• Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis

About the Role:

The role is aimed to support the regional research department in managing consumer research projects for theKinder Power Brand as well as new cross-category innovations in Asia Pacific, which include the markets ofAustralia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea. As a Consumer ShoppingUnderstanding Manager you will analyze and conduct research to understand market and consumer behaviorpatterns, and provide reports to Management and all relevant employees in the Country. The research and datayou provide will be crucial in monitoring Ferrero products' performance against key Company indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute consumer research projects, ensuring the alignment with the business objectives and strategy
• Report on the Company indicators, market performance of Ferrero products as well as behaviour andpreferences of target consumers identified for specific projects
• Provide insights through consolidation and analysis of existing information
• Influence business strategy, communications, pricing, media investments, retail, go to market, and other aspectsvia insights
• Drive insights into action in order to improve business results
• Finalize market research brief documents and brief research agencies. Work closely with external researchesproviders and define arrangements for continual and ad hoc research, and provide insight on market analysisand consumer needs
• Collect and interpret findings, and create clear relevant insights-driven presentations addressing business/marketing issues. Write the executive summary
• Organize and coordinate the fixed / mobile panel studies at points of sale for the different channels
• Hold responsibility for the day-to-day management of research projects
• Ensure common understanding of CSU plans and key projects progress at Region or country level
• Liaise between the different stakeholders. Manage effective relationships with internal customers and externalsuppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and are of high quality
• Collaborate with the marketing team, both at local and area level, to ensure that research decisions are in linewith strategy and that all findings are shared
• Define and recommend, to both marketing and line manager, the best solution from a value-for-money point ofview, finalize the methodology and negotiate costs
• Participate in the process of country budget creation with regards to market research activities
• Monitor performance against the approved budget, providing a status report and taking action

Who we are looking for:

• University degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing or relevant quantitative field
• Experience in FMCG consumer insights (client-side or agency), on-the-ground experience in Asia markets and/orin a regional FMCG role is a strong plus
• Extensive experience leading both, quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Hands on experience in business intelligence/analytics
• Excellent consolidation skills—ability to integrate information from multiple sources and create clear, simple,coherent, logical conclusions, insights, and recommendations
• Ability to tell stories via data and insights, high attention to detail
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, ability to influence business teams andstakeholders
• Ability to work in a multi-functional team and work effectively in a matrix organization (Area, Region, Clusters)

As a key member of our product team, the Account Manager will report to the Business Manager (NSD). This role focuses on driving the revenue growth of the Nuclear Medicine and Therapy Business Segments. Responsibilities include increase new sales growth through strategizing sales activities and building potential pipelines. The Product Specialist will also build good working relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the Nuclear Medicine department of the restructured hospital, institutions, and private sectors. The objective is to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• To strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through research, networking, and diverse prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• To exceed individual’s and team’s sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
• To cultivate robust relationships with new and existing clients by discerning their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring they are kept informed of updates and promotions.
• To diligently pursue and surpass individual and team sales targets by finalizing deals, generating revenue, and optimizing gross profits for the company.
• To present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
• To discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of clients’ orders.
• To ensure full client satisfaction by conveying customer feedback for improvements among the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Medical Technology / Biomedical Science / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Radiation Physics
• Proven experience in direct sales of medical devices > 2 years
• Industrial experience and application/industry know-how in industries such as Healthcare, Research Laboratories or Institutions, Engineering services will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of medical products and their applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and convey technical information to diverse audiences.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
