Key responsibilities:

Client Handling

• Provide sound advice to clients on achieving PR objectives and goals
• Put together a timeline of agreed activity for sign off by your Account Director and client
• Set proper client expectations and develop achievable KPI’s
• Maintain discipline in the team on delivery against agreed timelines
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact (phone and face-to-face)
• Monitor issues relevant to client’s business
• Keep up to date on your client’s industr especially competitor activity

Working with the team

• Ensure ongoing and strong dialogue with AD to ensure smooth running of account
• Review all major deliverables from AEs to ensure quality standards and expectations are met
• Mentor junior team to success by coaching them on both technical and soft skills – keep morale, motivation and confidence levels up

New business

• Proactively pursue opportunities for account growth and new business
• Play an active role in proposal development – turning insights into strategy, brainstorm, pitch document creation, presentation
• Seek out opportunities to grow our business through Digital and Design

Stakeholder engagement (media, bloggers, influencers, employees, groups etc.)

• Train AE on stakeholder engagement and help them establish relationships
• Drive creation of materials for approval by AD
• Track progress and suggest ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with senior stakeholder contacts and find networking opportunities
• Facilitate meetings/interviews with key spokespeople
• Prepare briefing notes and be responsible for follow-up actions

Digital and Design

• Be responsible for scope control with stakeholders, task execution with the project team and relevant upward communication to managers and senior stakeholders
• Help define process improvements and feedback for the project, including any strategies required for timely execution
• Gather or track the completion of necessary artifacts required for development of each project, including but not limited to risk assessments, technical architecture drawings, requirements, design specifications, testing, change plans, etc.
• Provide feedback to project stakeholders, including specification feedback, issue escalation to managers or scope changes/clarifications to project resources
• Update relevant project information in real time and work across all departments to deliver projects that align to the organization's strategic vision
• Assess and manage risks and issues, take corrective measures accordingly

Your Career

This strategic channel role will develop the full 360 degree Cloud Service Provider partner led growth from leveraging CSP partner teams, CSP partner reach and marketplaces. Reporting to the ASEAN Channel Director you will center your role on developing and growing channel led opportunities with partners who actively drive revenue for their business via cloud providers and marketplaces..

You will be responsible for educating and engaging the sales account teams within partners and at Palo Alto Networks on the benefits of tri party collaboration. We win by deliberate joint account engagement to solve our joint customers biggest challenges of securing their digital future. Success in the role will also require developing a strong internal network across Palo Alto Networks teams, including marketing, inside sales and Sales Engineers and most importantly our speedboat solutions specialists.

Your Impact

• Grow partner-led marketplace transactions. New Customer Acquisitions.

• Grow service creation for partners from customer cloud migrations and operations.

• Business development with partners involvement to help activate them on Palo Alto Networks offerings.

• Build a strong business network within the cloud service providers channels organizations. It is your responsibility to continue to nurture and grow your network.

• Engaging with key stakeholders (Channel leadership, Channel Business Managers, Distributor Business Managers) build and execute on a your CSP channel plan

• As part of the overall plan, activate current marketplace partners, identify and recruit new partners who have viewed marketplaces as a relevant pathway in their go-to-market strategy.

• Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations

• Work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction

• Design compelling value proposition that inspire partners to promote our solutions 

• Work with select partners and help them build a services catalog around our cloud security offerings

• Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with your dedicated partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment

• Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders 

• Build and maintain activity of performance reports and activity dashboards

Key responsibilities

• You are responsible in supporting the team on executing the regional communication plan based on insights from each individual market and with H&M’s customer and brand in focus, setting goals, priorities and strategies to meet the global and regional overall objectives, ensuring relevance and effective brand building in the short and long term.
• Build, strengthen and protect the H&M brand with trustworthy communication, focusing on proactive Media Relation activities and reactive Crisis Management when needed.
• Drive global strategies with regional adaptations to ensure relevance and effective brand building to elevate the brand whilst optimizing results.
• You are responsible for leading complex projects ranging from region to sales market level, supporting teams in a cross collaboration, keeping a balanced workload, consistently improving processes and delivering on brand excellence.
• Securing a strong regional internal communication plan that can work effectively on sales market level with few adaptations.
