As an International Product Growth Manager for Vietnam, you will ensure that Meta is locally relevant and successful in the market. Responsibilities

• Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Vietnam
• Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta’s success in Vietnam
• Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Vietnam leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
• Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities
• Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions
• Partner with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience in the understanding of the Vietnam market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
• Fluency in Vietnamese as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions
• Communication and collaboration experiences, with experience working effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
• Experience with building products tailored to Vietnam

Job Description:

Team Management:

Lead the work of the application development and maintenance team to ensure that team members' work aligns with project goals, fostering teamwork and an efficient work environment.

Requirements and Project Management:

1. Communicate with business departments to understand business needs and provide recommendations for system development.

2. Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, monitor project progress, and promptly address issues.

Application Development and Solution Design:

1. Drive the branch's self-developed application projects, including but not limited to: requirements gathering, requirements analysis, system design, functional documentation, full-stack development, testing, and production deployment-related tasks.

2. Lead the planning and construction of application system architecture, ensuring the sustainable development of the application system.

3. Organize second-line production issue troubleshooting and provide technical support for existing application systems.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese so as to commmunicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.

Work Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in application development, maintenance, and project management within the information technology field. Prior experience working in a bank or financial institution is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with application development, system maintenace, with experience in managing the application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Proficient with software developing frameworks and mainstream databases.

Project Management Skills:

Well-versed in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and capable of effectively managing multiple projects.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

Strong team leadership and personnel management skills. Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Retail Store Manager

• Working Days: 5 Days (44 Hours)

• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

Job Responsibilities

• Results focused - you must have a strong sales focus and proven results
• Assist in maintaining all company policies and standards in relation to running of the store such as store appearance and merchandising
• Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
