Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).

As a Duty Manager, you will be tasked to:

Assist associates with expediting payments. Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). Job Description

• Formulate and implement effective procedures and protocols to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and maintained within the core banking system.
• Responsible in the bank’s financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and timely, and complying with all relevant regulations and directives. This also includes managing year-end statutory accounts and other reporting needs.
• Ensuring compliance with Banking Act and MAS directives within the financial reporting process and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to Head Office, MAS and other stakeholders. This includes reports like MAS 610, MAS 649, BIS report, MCB, Liability Base etc.

About the role

· The Plant Manager has end to end site accountability for all day-to-day activities in order to meet short, medium- and long-term goals, including Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Financials, Performance, Sustainability and Customer requirements.
