Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Account Management:

• Act as the Korean Account Manager on multiple blue-chip clients within GroupM regional Affiliate Marketing team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience with a preference for 3 of these years to be in an affiliate marketing focused role or a client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate / partnership marketing and the best practice on how affiliate programs are managed.

Salt is hiring an ‘International Tax Manager’ responsible for managing tax planning, compliance and controversy in our region. This will involve driving tax initiatives and technology, reviewing tax processes, helping with tax audits in the region and supporting the business teams in tax matters. This role will collaborate and work closely with the indirect tax team, accounting and other finance and business functions.

Responsibilities

· Maintain oversight and co-ordination of tax compliance activities outsourced to external service providers in the Asia Pacific region, including the review of tax returns and tax forecast calculations, as well as technical analysis in support of statutory audit

· Ensure transfer pricing obligations (e.g. documentation) are fulfilled under local transfer pricings laws and regulations

· Provide tax advisory and project management support on ad hoc tax projects as assigned. This can include tax treaty applications and responding to internal and external tax queries

· Assist and manage tax audits in the region

· Integrate processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality of tax processes

· Work with the Head of Tax to support the business teams in any tax issues

· Establish a strong relationship with the regional business teams, finance, legal, policy leaders
