• Orchestrate all facets of ASIA sales planning. Develop a qualified view of market opportunities to optimize territory planning and quota setting.
• Drive business process improvements to increase Sales Performance, Opportunity Hygiene, Forecast Accuracy, Pipeline Health, Pipeline Generation, and Sales Reporting Insights
• Understand and draw insights from key industry and customer trends provide insight to the organization
• Enhancing internal workflows to provide to drive productivity across our Sales Teams
• Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and operational plans to grow the region
• Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
• Support the ASIA Leadership in developing key presentations for internal and external audiences
• Own and build the annual budget and plan for ASIA sales
• Be an escalation point to help enable the sales team in their day to day challenges to help resolve and navigate hiring, deal structuring, discounting, commissions, territory mapping, split and coverage decisions.

Qualifications

A multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy firm is looking for a Project Manager (Construction) - Coastal Engineering in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees full project management processes for engineering and construction works
• Closely monitor and manage project control, schedules, costing and risk.
• Anchor technical discussions among various project design teams, clients and to achieve project objectives and goals.
• Ensure the Project Controls team reports accurate calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.

Requirements

Main duties will be:

• Coordinate all engineering works and disciplines in his area
• Coordinate & Manage Model Reviews, issuance and closure of Clash reports, Site Surveys as appropriate

Job Requirement

• Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience in fashion/ retail industry and/or E-Commerce industry.
