• Lead APAC wide projects and/or implement the program framework for global initiatives for local implementation
• Autonomously handle ad-hoc requests from the business

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, analytical or related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics)
• 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in a consulting environment, corporate strategy/operations team, quantitative field (e.g. investment banking, private equity) or similar tech company
• Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
• Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Design, lead and execute analysis and effectively communicate insights
• Proficiency with SQL and experience extracting data from large / complex databases
• Strong communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools
• Experience in the digital media industry. Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience with large and complex organizations

Main Purpose of Job

As the primary function of this dual role, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently and smoothly, through organizing and coordinating the office operations and procedures. In addition, the responsibility as an Executive Assistant will be to provide administrative support to the local CEO.

It is essential to have the knowledge and understanding of the business etiquette culture and language to communicate effectively with all Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient functioning, including reception area.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with finance department to manage office budgets, invoices and expenditure.
• Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication within the office, coordinate projects and events, and ensure timely dissemination of information.
• Team Leadership: Manage team of receptionists, supervise and provide guidance to team and foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional development.
• Executive Support: Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Policy and Records Management: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Communicate policies to staff and ensure adherence to established guidelines. Also, to maintain efficient record-keeping systems.
• Event Management and Problem Solving: Manage internal events, identify operational challenges, and propose solutions
