Position: Project Administrator

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6.30pm)
• Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (depend on experience)
• Working Location: Ubi

Job Requirement

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Administrator in construction industry
• Knowledge of lighting industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of software an advantage, eg. Autocad, Photoshop, Dialux

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

• To examine tender documents and the scope of work, then prepare Tender submission.
• To examine client’s requirements and the scope of work, then prepare quotation.
• To review, compare, analyse products and services to propose.
• To propose alternative products, as and where required.
• To prepare technical specifications.
• To maintain and update supplier information, and liaise on product ranges, prices, delivery times, etc.
• To do project management/co-ordination
• To assist with project documentations
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
